Location: For obvious reason, location is the key to determining the value of any property. For factory, access to workers, access to major highways, and proximity to customers will determine the location significance
Features and Design: We believe in providing our customers with the timeless design with the balance of practical features set. For factory, two features we always try to maximize are power supply and space utilization
